Edit: list updated.
I’m looking for the following songs, so if anyone has any on CD please contact me:
The Cars – “Drive”, “You Might Think”
Lionel Ritchie – “Say You, Say Me”, “Hello”, “All Night Long”
Phil Collins – “Against All Odds”
Joe Jackson – “Real Men”
Naked Eyes – “Is She Really Going Out With Him”, “Something There To Remind Me”
Human League – “Fascination”
Honey Drippers (aka. Robert Plant) – “Sea Of Love”
Don Henley – “Boys Of Summer”
Scorpions – “Winds Of Change”
Obviously I’m trying to flesh out my 80’s playlists π
I have “Always Something There To Remind Me” by Naked Eyes.
I also have “Born To Be Alive” by Patrick Hernandez which is not on your list, I assume you just left it off by mistake. π
And no 80’s playlist is complete without John Parr’s “St Elmo’s Fire”. You need to feel St Elmo’s fire burning in you…
Needless to say I have “St Elmo’s Fire”, and while that is obviously a default entry on any 1980’s playlist, it hardly ranks about the two legendary Speedwagon tracks (“Can’t Fight This Feeling” & “Keep on Loving You”).
I can do you “Life Of Riley” (from the album “Sense”). But first – did those two Cave tracks make it through OK the other week? If they didn’t, there’s not much point me trying to send this one. PS. Don’t you mean *REO* Speedwagon (named after a fire truck)?
Yes the cave songs made it – thanks! And yes I meant Speedwagon. Only noobs include the REO part when they ‘say’ it π
By the way I purchased an…interesting CD the other day on amazon. Expect a blog entry when it arrives π
