Where Have All The Good Men Gone And Where Are All The Gods?

Yesterday, at the annual recognition and graduation ceremony for the physics department, I was awarded the “Student Adjunct Of The Year” award as recognition of my accomplishments as a teacher.

The award was presented by my advisor (and the department chair) who said some very nice things about me. I was humbled and proud to receive the award, and will continue to teach at the best of my abilities.

    i can read your thoughts astonishingly well!

    in that moment, you were thinking “i bet florry has already bested Jhen Mohran, and is taking down her first Deviljho riiiight now…. woe is me for teaching in such an exemplary fashion all semester!”

    frogman pic just sent me into a fit of laughter reminiscent of that incident…. the incident of an… avian variety…. you know what i’s talking about!
