10+ Hours Later…

…I finished the Lego Star Destroyer!

It was built in stages. Two instruction manuals, over 1350 pieces. It took me a few weeks to build, working for a couple of hours every few days…

The final ship is about 80cm long and 30cm high (and quite heavy)! The top can be removed (and opened up) and the panels can all be opened to reveal the insides…

I really enjoyed making this beast. The pride of my new lego collection surely 🙂

As in the movies, the engines are the most impressive feature. Those Imperials better better not get too close to the “Fiend Folio” or they’ll find out what real monsters are 🙂

Holy Jesus Mary and Joseph! 5000+ pieces!! $500!!!

Since it’s new, I had no idea that Millenium Falcon model existed. I’d *love* to have it. Lord knows how long it would take to make – or where I would put it when completed 🙂
