I got new new glasses! Since I’m not very old, I returned the progressives in favor of single focus lenses. They are titanium, very light, not as expensive as the first pair and – best of all – don’t make me look homeless!

They look good. I thought you needed the bifocals though? Why the change?
There is no question the bifocals helped with my near vision (in the 50cm – 1 m range), but the eyestrain and disorientation they caused was very unpleasant. This happens with some people. I’ll try again in a decade maybe.
