Lazy Days

Met with SMC yesterday. The more we grow older the more we stay the same.

< Here she is! She showed me some old photos of myself (and her) that I had long forgotten about. Shocking hairstyles! Terrible clothes! I took photos of some of them. Should I blog them? One of them wasn't so bad. Me in my Kilmister phase?

Tomorrow’s entry will contain a bit more detail on my feelings about Newcastle (a city which holds so many memories for me), so you’ll have to hold your breath for a while. Until then, a few more random snaps:

UFO Failing

There’s an arcade in Sydney, not far from Central Station, with a large amount of Print Club and UFO Catcher machines. It rivals some of those seen in Japan. I spent a few dollars trying to win some cute goods for KLS, and here’s a video of one such attempt.

If the link didn’t work, here’s a photo of the item I was trying to win.

My approach may have seemed strange. I was going for the ’tilt approach’ – rather than pick up the item and carry it over the bin, I was trying to get under one side and angle it right over the edge. I was *very* close (It was at about 90 degrees when it fell back).
